Inventory Returns

Returns by Customers and Independent Consultants

BIOCEUTICA offers a 100% 30-day money-back guarantee (less shipping & handling) to all Customers on all Bioceutica products, except for customized products; i.e. Custom Essentials and/or Customized Business Brochures. Bioceutica products must be returned unopened and in “resalable” condition for the 100% refund. Products that have been used or opened may be returned for 85% of the product price less shipping and handling. Any product purchased directly from BIOCEUTICA must be returned to BIOCEUTICA through the Return Merchandise Authorization procedure after speaking with a BIOCEUTICA Customer Care Representative.

If, for any reason a customer is dissatisfied with any Bioceutica product or service purchased directly from an Independent Consultant the customer may return the product to that Consultant within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, for a replacement, exchange, or full refund of the product purchase price. Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable. It is the obligation of that Consultant to issue a refund to the customer within three (3) business days from the date of the return. There is no refund on any discontinued sales aid or product or on any customized products.

Annual returns by Bioceutica Independent Consultants exceeding $500.00 will be deemed an inventory repurchase. BIOCEUTICA will consider the Independent Consultant’s Agreement voluntarily canceled. There are no refunds after thirty (30) days. Every Bioceutica Independent Consultant is bound to honor the customer guarantee. Customer must pay for return freight to the warehouse; original delivery fees are non-refundable.


Three Day Right of Rescission

A new Bioceutica Customer or new Bioceutica Independent Consultant has three (3) business days (Saturday is a business day) after the sale or execution of a contract to cancel the order and receive a full refund for products purchased and/or his or her Bioceutica Independent Consultant Kit. When a Bioceutica Independent Consultant makes a sale or takes an order from a Customer who cancels or requests a refund within the three (3) business day period, the Independent Consultant must promptly refund the customer’s money as long as the products are returned to the Independent Consultant in substantially as good condition as when received. Additionally, Bioceutica Independent Consultants must orally inform customers of their right to rescind a purchase or an order within seventy-two (72) hours, and ensure that the date of the order or purchase is entered on the order form. All Customers must be provided with two (2) copies of an official Bioceutica sales receipt at the time of the sale. The back of the receipt provides the customer with written notice of his or her rights to cancel the sales agreement.


Montana Residents

A Montana resident may cancel his or her Bioceutica Independent Consultant Agreement within fifteen (15) days from the date of enrollment, and may return his or her Bioceutica Independent Consultant Kit for a full refund within such time period. 25


Procedures for Returns

In order to receive a refund, exchange, or replacement: All merchandise must be returned by a Bioceutica Independent Consultant or Customer who purchased it directly from BIOCEUTICA. Call Customer Care at (800) 423-1926 to receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) instructions. All products to be returned must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). This Return Merchandise Authorization number must be written on the OUTSIDE of each and every carton returned within 30 days after RMA is issued. The return must be accompanied by: 1) A copy of the original dated retail sales receipt; and 2) The unused portion of the product in its original container. Return the package (see proper shipping guidelines below) to: BIOCEUTICA, 2 Burlington Woods Drive, Suite 100, Burlington, MA 01803.

Proper shipping carton(s) and packing materials are to be used in packaging the product(s) being returned for replacement, and the best and most economical means of shipping is suggested. All returns must be shipped to BIOCEUTICA, shipping pre-paid. BIOCEUTICA does not accept shipping-collect packages. The risk of loss in shipping for returned product shall be on the Independent Consultant; therefore it is strongly recommended that Independent Consultants use a traceable means of shipping. If returned product is not received by BIOCEUTICA, it is the responsibility of the Independent Consultant to trace the shipment.
